I spray mine after several extensions and/or every time I spray the landing gear

Have had schwintek on last two 5ers and never worried about the worm gear...
I just sprayed a bit on the rails on each side of the bedroom slide and seemed to work well.

but you can also go to youtube, it has many videos on the system -->

Guy, there's two controle boxes in the basement. It's my understanding that one is for the leveling system and the other is for the slides. There are directions printed on the side of the box to reset them

Watch this video....when it's done, there's another video showing how to reset or over-ride the slides

My slides are going to be raised a little. The slides are riding too much on the plastic rollers and acutally polishing the under side of the slide. My service man look at them and said they were riding wrong. If you look inside the rubber at the bottom corner of the slide you will see a roller, the slide is to ride on them on the rollers under the slide. If yours are getting polished, I would sudjest you have your slide adjusted.

I thought that was what the rollers were for, to support the weight of the slide. I will be curious to hear how that actually turns out. Mine are polished and I consider that a good thing.

Adam. If you look athe the rails, you will see a grove. There are rollers behind the rubber flap, there is a roller that the slide rides on. The rollers on the bottom are just for support. I just found out about this last week at Hitch n Go dealership close to me. Going in on Monday for the repairs and a new dv player., and a few warranty issues. See you in Aug at the rally

Thanks Bud, I'll have to check it all out this weekend. Didn't know there was another roller set up under there.

I do remember Vic had to put some plates on the under side of his slide for the rollers, because they wore through the bottom black cover.

That's a good question! While I'm outside leveling the coach, if my wife trys to open the slide it will interrupt the leveling. My trailers system will only do one thing at a time.

sounds like you have a leaking valve .... the hydraulics are all tied together ... we had a similar problem when the slides would go out when we did an autoretract, had to manually close the valve to the slides to stop them from going out while retracting. Stopped in at our dealership after our return home from Texas and I guess with all the bouncing around on the interstates whatever was blocking the valve worked itself out and everything worked fine.

Jeff, we have a 2014 31sl and are having trouble with the main living slides. The table side starts to go out unevenly. Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are now stuck with it not completely in.

Hello,

I'm sorry you are having trouble. Unfortunately I can't diagnose it because it could be a number of things. Please give our customer service number a call tomorrow morning at 855-226-7496. They will be able to help!

Thanks,

Jeff
