Does anyone know what product I can use after I have removed the caulking, to clean up the dirty and smeared old caulking off the paint before re-caulking?
I have attempted isopropyl alcohol. It does okay but I would like to get all of the caulking off.
Any help would be most appreciated.

I have never had a problem with goof off with my vehicles or the Redwood. When I used to work on vehicles, used it to clean the old windshield sealant off before putting in new windshields. Used it to de-badge cars. I have used it on my Redwood for the last two years replacing all the D seals which leave black goo and gunk behind. No issues with the paint at all. Just two weeks ago used it on the slide out laying on my stomach to clean the gunk from the inside wall of the slideout after replacing the D seal on the living room slide. Good luck which ever you choose.
I used terminator from Napa auto It is used to remove pine tar on cars. last week I used it to remove all the bugs off the front of my rig.
