Have noticed that the slide sidewall beside the front door seems to be delaminating. When we look underneath there is a gap that I can stick my finger in close to the body of the RV and if you get hold of the edge you can move it very easily. Inside the rig there is a buckling of the wall finish near the slide out fascia on the left of the slide as you look at it. Anyone had a problems like this?

Sounds exactly like the problem that Dave&Ginny have had with their RL. They have had the slide wall replaced last year and yet the problem was not solved as they are going to have the slide wall replaced a second time later this year.

As TallPines said we've had this problem. Call the service center and ask for Ron...he'll take care of you

My slide end wall will be replaced next week, it "seems" like its a result from a leaking window. They are also going to see if they can find where the water is coming from under the dining room slide when you drive in the rain

Andy

Found one here on the island that redwood would deal with, the parts arrived and they will be starting next week. Hope all goes well

I dropped my 2013 RL off at the dealer last week for a handful of other problems & they called to tell me that mine also is leaking & delaminated on the slide. My major concern in addition to the leaks is MOLD!
I live in south Florida & am very familiar with mold damage; if not stopped within 72 hours it can spread everywhere. Did your dealers also get rid of the mold?

I am having the same problem with the paneling on the inside of my 2013 RL Redwood . Where exactly is this gap that yall havementioned inside or outside the rig. i noticed this about 4 months ago but never noticed anything wet are any water so I kind of blew it off and was gonna wait to bring it to the dealer at a later dateuntilI read this post and now this has me concerned . I recently had issues with the driverside rear window leaking but was able to clean the gasket sealing surface which had building material trash on the seal that was preventing a good seal since I cleaned it I have had no issues

The dealer told me by telephone that the leak is at the slide window next to the door. It is still at the dealer's. They said it will be another 2-4 weeks. Unbelievable how long it take to get parts from the factory.
