Slide topper fabric

The wind has finally taken it's toll on the topper over the curbside slide, the holes where it was stitched are now acting like a "tear here" perforation & most all if the thread in the stitches has deteriorated. Just wondering if anyone has a good replacement fabric material & manufacturer that you can recommend, Ive found a couple on the internet that sound good, just need some feedback. It looks to be a fairly simple job for a couple people on ladders, but dont want to do it again in another 3 years if possible.
