Slides not closing all the way

I have a 2013 RW36FB and the large slides on the kitchen and living are working t close at the bottom all the way the top is tight but the bottom is about an inch and a half from closing all the way any suggestions

We have the same problem with the bedroom slide, dealer said don't worry it will be fine. NOT happy with the answer. When I get a solution I will post.

The bedroom Schwinteck slides do not close the same as the hydraulic slides. The bedroom should close about to where you can still get your fingers behind the flange, whereas the LR slide flange should be near tight to the wall.
