Thermostat in 2012 RL

I recently had the thermostat changed when it was in for other issues. Since I got it back, when I turn it to the heat pump, it shows an error code of 00. I'm thinking it is a bad thermostat but I also wonder if they wired it incorrectly. I use to have a picture of the wiring but it got deleted. Can someone take a picture of their wiring so a I can see what colors go to what?

thermostat

We don't have a heat pump on ours. But did find a .pdf file with the thermostat wiring details. Includes jumpers for hp and non hp types. Maybe it will be really simple to fix.
