Earlier this evening I posted a question on Redwood's website. Within no more than 5 minutes I heard back from Tom Montague. Very impressive response time for a Sunday evening.
Another example of Redwood's outstanding commitment to their customers.

I had a similar expeience, posting a question about 2100 on Friday evening and received an almost immediate response from Tom. I also had a follow up email from him yesterday morning.
This is brilliant customer service and obviously a company management team that values their customers. It reaffirms our decision to purchase a RW.

When you "posted your question on Redwood's website", did you use the "Contact Us" portal? I have been interested for some time about contacting the company folks where I can have an email trail. It is easier on my memory banks!!

Guy - I used the Information Requestin the "Contact Us" drop down menu on the RW home page. I received an almost immediate response from Tom's business email address.

Does anyone have Tom Montague's RW extension number or email address....I have been sending messags, e mails etc for almost a year now and have no response yet...Am I not holding my mouth right or am I asking a question no one wants to answer?
