For those who may not know what FROG is, Forest River Owners Group. I believe they had between 800-900 units at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds at their gathering this last August.

Besides great service at the Rally that has been minimal for us when I went to the service center to drop off and then pick up our RW Randy and the team made me feel very welcome and went over every concern.
Everything on my list and a few more were corrected and could not have been happier.
It would be a huge mistake to close that service center but I guess if we can not contact them and bring our RW there for service anymore... what good is it???

Okay, Time Out Folks: I didn't mean to start a major rumor, I was just expressing my thoughts about everything I saw while at the Service Center.
At present Randy and Company are still there. There will be some sort of Service Writer answering their phone, and that will be the extent of people working at the Service Center. So based on that and the fact that all parts are now at Keystone in Goshen, the next logical step for Thor would be to consolidate all Service for Keystone, Crossroads, and Dutchman in one central loaction.
As to the FROG Rally, don't forget that includes MH, TT, 5er and anything else from Forest River, not like ours that is Redwoods only.

I can't imagine there is anyone that would argue Randy and the Service techs are amazing! RW providing that service for the rally is a major reason many travel so far. If only it was as easy to get good quality work done anywhere else. I hope RW recognizes the treasure that those guys are. I think that becomes the reason we are all so sad about even the possibility of not getting work done in Topeka.
