Can someone provide me with the current contact name and number for Redwood warranty? Every time I move I have to take the bed apart to unkink the washer hoses. I thought I had it resolved this last time (#4) and once again the beloved H20 error beep. I need someone to rectify.

I have had great success with Leonard Nielsen and Bill Hodge at Crossroads. Bill is bhodge@crossroadsrv.com and Leonard is lnielsen@crossraodsrv.com. Both are excellent at returning emails. I don't have the phone numbers available right now.

The number I use is: 260-593-3850 and ask for Leonard Nielson - he has been great to work with as well as all the staff up there. We were at the service center last month and had great service. All is good!!

Leonard has been moved to dealer customer service... just spoke with him today 10/10/2013 and that's what he told me.

Things sure happen quick. I just was up there two weeks ago. Leonard was off for the week we were there, must have came back and got moved. Go figure.

Redwood contacted me and put me in touch with Ron Howard. I am calling him tomorrow to see how we can get this resolved in the Wilmington, NC area.

How do we go about scheduling a visit to the service center in Topeka, IN for warranty work and inspection? Do we just go through Warranty customer service?
