I'm presuming by the NS below your sign in that you might be in Nova Scotia. In any case, if you are near marinas, stop in and ask who does their Fiberglas repair .. that shop will probably have a moisture meter that is used on Fiberglas boats to check for water intrusion and delamination on hulls. It would tell you if there is any water in there. Also ask them what they use to inject into delaminating decks to reglue and reinforce them. I know there is a quick setting adhesive that the marine industry uses that might be exactly what you need.

Sustained wind was up to 37 mph with a peak of 42 a few minutes ago according to an anemometer 4 ft above the offending window.

I'd like to know if the seal can be replaced? I don't want to take the window out only to find that I have to buy a complete replacment.
