Building memories

It was a nice cozy spot until 4:00 am when we were awakened by an large elm tree limb that wanted to get to know the Redwood. Building memories, right Dave?

"Memorable Misadventures", hopefully just the awning & not anything more serious. Hope you are alright, but one helluva wake up call.

This will be remembered for years! Have a drink and call the insurance company. Learn to laugh at the little stuff because this is just an inconvenience.

Just thank God you weren't in an jet while it got knocked out of the air with a missile. SO SAD

We are thankful it was minor, definitely not a major deal. Pretty good sized limb broke off. No punctures in the roof, just a small crush on the crown and a couple of holes in the awning, which will need to be replaced.

Ouch. As previously mentioned, call insurance, crack a beer and put the feet up. Hope repairs are quick and hassle free.

Doesn't look like there's be that much damage other than pride and listening to the spouse remind you every time you started to back up.

"...now be careful....remember the last time you....."

After seeing the other awnings rip off the coaches, I can't believe mine held with the weight the branch put on it. Luckily the branch split and was still holding onto the tree too.

Our dealer quoted me a replacement price for the fabric real close to our deductible so we can avoid having our rates jacked up by a claim.
