First time out

Hi All,
Well we finally got our new tuck and some time off to enjoy it and our 5er.
2017 3500 DRW Longhorn Laramie, 2015 36RL.
Thanks to all who help answer questions for our door, water softener, etc. all working well. We towed from the SF Bay Area to Lake Tahoe, the rig performed without issue. I did get a little freaked out by the TMPS reading 130 psi and thought sure we would blow a tire. They are G rated and 110 psi cold. Looks like high psi is ok. Anyway, thanks to all and we look forward to meeting you all,
Grace to you all,
Cliff & Julie

Yes, those tpms temps and pressures will scare you...

Wait until you are running in HOT weather with the sun beating down on asphalt all day

I agree, when you see 130-140+ degrees & stop at a rest area & smell hot rubber it'll cause you to pucker a bit.

Nice looking peeekup! - I can't tell what color that is on the bottom? I know Ford went to a Caribou instead of that Champaign color, did Dodge change color on the two tone?

If I remember, I think my tyreminder TPMS alarms at 20 psi over or under the setpoint.

The color is chestnut bottom, bright white top. It's growing on me. We love the truck. You can set the minders where you like. Temp default is 145 I think.

Nice setup
First time I installed tire monitors I was the same. 30 degrees over what I had just adjusted the tires to.
