Heading to the Biltmore in Asheville, NC this week

From DFW, planning stop in Meridian, MS @ Benchmark RV Park - Meridian, MS - RV Park Reviews
and then onto Asheville @ bear creek rv park
to see the biltmore estate...

What suggestions do you have that we NEED to see on this trip ?

We have a spare day on the way back if there ia something between Asheville and DFW worth treking to

We have stayed at Bear Creek, I would never stay there again, they put us behind some building and had us backed up to the interstate. The noise was unbelievable from the interstate, we couldn't even sit outside and talk for the noise. Most of the sites are on a steep hillside, they do have one area (the one they show on their website that sits away from the interstate and is level). If you manage to get in that area it is just ok. I have heard others on this site say they liked it, to each his own, just sayin.......

someone else made all our reservations and 'believed' the good sam rating

but, we are still going so will just have to be louder around the campfire !!!
