At our local RV show last year, they had a similar special, but only December. We checked it out - nice, but sites are closer together than Indian Waters. They wanted $2K for January.

We have also stayed at the Fountain of Youth RV park near Indio, I just got a postcard from them and they are offering winter sites for under $2,000 plus electric, it's an OK park but not as nice as the Springs.

Andy ("Oriana") who is contributor to this forum above has stayed near Indio, he may be able to provide info about his experiences there.

WOW!! Is that $2000. per month or per season? That must me a super nice place to demand that kind of money. Although, I also couldn't believe that some of the parks on the Emerald Coast in Florida can ask $1800. per week to park in the sand. I don't like to play in the sand that much.

Where we stay in Palmetto, FL gets around $750. per month including electric. That is about my limit.

The $2000 was for 4 months, they also had a $1500 price as well, that's a winter season for us Canuks!

We were very impressed and know of at least 1 other Redwood that will be there. We prefer the deluxe patio sites with grass.

Affirmative - brilliant park, lots of space between the sites, great other owners, very dog friendly and lots of activities.

We will be back there in 2016.
