No water pressure? No problem!

So we got ready to enjoy our first night in our 38RL and suddenly realized that all of the faucets quit working like they were. The water pressure was dwindling to nothing. We already had our punch list started and thought, oh man... But luckily we thought to check the screens in the faucets... So don't forget to keep it simple when you get your new coach! LOL!! This is what our screens all looked like with tons of blue filings stuck in them.

I think I'll check mine tomorrow. Never tried. Sure could be cuttings from the hoses, although you would think there could be red as well.

Make sure to pay attention to how the things are put together, I disassembled mine to clean the screens but didn't pay attention, it took me forever to get them back together correctly...at least I THINK they are back together correctly!!!

Yes, those little gadgets in the kitchen faucet should be assembled BEFORE you have your evening beverage for SURE!

Interesting find. I would assume the blue filings are from the PEX as well, but like others mentioned odd you don't see Red as well.

The mysteries of the Redwood continue!

Yes, there should be Red too. Don't understand it. Must have been somebody used the wrong tool late in the manufacture and was careless about getting filings in the tube. It actually mucked up everything. I think we have it all cleared out now, except we haven't checked the filter in the water pump yet... That might be interesting. Not sure if it's just the freshwater lines or the tank lines. That might tell us!

IMHO it looks more like cuttings from fresh water tank as it's sort of bluish, pex is very blue.
