I am at Treetops in Arlington. Nice park. There are 3 other Redwoods here. I am 45 min from Market Hall where the RV Show is. I will stay here again. In Nov I will be at Oak Creek in Weatherford another very nice park but 45 min. from Ft. Worth.

Wow, I live in South Arlington, off of cooper. I didn't even realize there were RV Parks here. Are you going to be doing something with the Titan brakes at the show? The other question I have been meaning to ask. This winter or spring I want to get the MorRyde IS installed. At the same time the disk brakes. Or would I be smarter to do the Brakes first? Another way to ask, are Titan Brakes better then what MorRyde would install?

Yes, I will be manning the booth at the RV Show. There is no performance difference in the Kodiak & Titan Hub/Rotor/Caliper assembly. The Titan Brakerite EHB is a better performing actuator. The Titan has a 5 piston pump that generates 70 cu. in. per minute vs. Carlisle/Cargo 3 piston pump that generates 40 Cu. in. per minute resulting in a faster response time on the Titan. can't believe when we left South Dakota and went to North Dakota we didn't see any Redwoods on the roads then through Minnesota none spotted either! None at the campgrounds...FINALLY saw one when we were in Wisconsin (Madison/DeForest KOA). One of the staff members there had one set up. He said he was on this site some time ago but hasn't been on in quite some time. 5500 mile trip and only saw 2 redwoods!

I stopped in the Dealer in Rapid City to get some slide seals for mine, and the lady behind parts made me feel like a real sucker for buying a Redwood. I don't think they like them there so maybe that's why you don't see many.

What brands / models were they selling at the dealership ?

I only know of the Redwoods - I didn't pay much attention to the other brands. Jacks RV - looks like they sell Palamino-Jayco, etc.

we did see a dealer with 3 redwoods in the lot (then there was a Camping World not far from there - no Redwoods seen). Not sure if that was Jacks RV we saw them sitting. I thought since there was a dealer with them we would see some around.

Ya they were on I-90 north of Rapid City. HUGE parts center, as big as an aircraft hanger.

wish we knew THAT! we needed a motor for one of our slides...had a mobile guy come to the campground - he tried to find one but couldn't get it right away so I ended up contacting Christian from Crossroads (from this forum) who was able to hook us up with getting a motor - $82 overnight shipping, $200 for the motor and $200 for the repair man (2 trips, motor out then coming back to install it). we do have the "old" motor - a wire broke off at the connecting point - so hubby going to see if he can get it fixed so we can use it as a spare if we have this happen again.
