Redwood looks Smaller!

Our Redwood looked enormous when I picked it up at the Dealer and towed it home, but last weekend we parked in a series of pull out sites that were loaded with Toy Haulers (very popular in Colorado).

I went out for a bike ride and looked up the hill and I was the runt of the litter up there! Those toy haulers must be pushing 45' anymore

Good news is, maybe the State will start enlarging the sites just a bit!

And how many of those Giant Toy Haulers were behind 250/2500 Series Trucks??
Just saw one at a Local Dealer that had a 9200 pound cargo cap and a Gross of 24K, easy tow for just about any 250/2500 Series TV.....................NOT

I think they were all related to each other, because they all had new 3500 Dodge SRW trucks, and they all partied together.

Nice folks, they all offered to help me when they saw me pulling wire in the hitch, but I told them it wasn't a breakdown, I was installing new toys.

MSH
When you go from 20000 lb to 24000 lb you move up from a 2500HD to a 3500swd

The Mumford and Sons concert is in Salida this weekend, and I could not count how many toyhaulers were rolling in with 16' trailers towed behind with 2 or 3 side by sides on them. Seemed like all were SRW.

Yeppers !! did not measure them, but I have a 16' and they were loaded nose to tail and those things are 8' I think. May have been 12 footers, but long nonetheless.

Can you just imagine what happens while crusing down the highway at 70 or 75 and something happens or traffic stops suddenly. I know I don't want to be in front of them.
