Redwoods in the Florida Keys

We have been to the Keys a few times and really enjoy that area.. Last year we stayed up north in Key Largo at the Point of View resort.. Our site was large, but we prefer to stay farther south..
2 or 3 years ago we stayed at Blue Water Key RV Resort and it was FANTASTIC ! !

We are talking about returning this year, but DW already said " let's try another campground" ??

Each time there, we tried to visit the other campgrounds and take notes as to which ones we would fit in, but I cannot find those notes .. ..

Where do we all stay when visiting there ??

Blue Water Key RV Resort looks like a great place, so I'm interested in everyone's comments and experiences. I'm also interested in where everyone's spends their last night before going down into the keys. I'm considering Southern Comfort RV Resort in Homestead. It's only 114 miles from Blue Water Key and there's a Walmart close. Has anyone stayed there? I figured we would spend the night in Homestead, stock up, and get to Blue Water Key around 1:00 for check in, setup, and cocktails...
