Has anyone purchased slide toppers fabric from Rec Pro? They are having a sale and fabric for a 178” slide is $65 after discounts and tax with free shipping

Yea, i thought that as well…. The material is 16 oz vinyl and shade pro uses 14 oz ….

Can’t find anything negative to tell him.

I replaced the two road side slide toppers, Kitchen/Entertainment and Bedroom, last year with material bought from Stone Vos at a cost of $745, but it's really heavy duty with a 10 year warranty.
So I just can't see how you're going to get much for that cheap of a price. I would double check and get a quote in writing before ordering.

** UPDATE **

the 3 pieces of fabric for the 3 slide outs were ordered on Monday ( July 3rd ) shipped Wednesday the 5th.. received on Friday and we installed all 3 today..

Pretty easy install once we figured out how to remove the old fabric from the Carefree SOK roller tubes.. It took about 3 hours, give or take..

The new fabric was thicker than the ones that were on the Redwood ( dealer installed when new) and is heat bonded with UV protection, not sewn in for the thread to deteriorate .

We ordered 2 at 200 inches and cut to size and 1 at 110 inches to be cut to size as well... All 3 came and were $193.43 total tax and shipping included.

After this, I WOULD recommend RecPro to anyone looking for a good product fabric at good pricing...

Good To know! , I had to replace all 3 topper, the dealer/factory installed topper that are 3/4" narrower then the roof it covers . I got new drums that are 6" wider then the roof so the water runs off the topper on the ground not into the camper as I pull the slides in after it rains. My pack up and pull out would be top jack front way up and dump the water off the toppers then let it back down to near level pull the slides in then adjust for the hitch height. Now the water drops on the ground not on the slide roof.

He will have to raise the front after a heavy rain as I believe that the 1 LONG slide, Curb side rear is a bit loose in the spring... It will pool in the middle I think... Or, he can just run that slide in after a heavy rain so it doesn't stay there and stretch the fabric...All slide toppers are at least 3" past the slide roof edge.
