Got a great CS rep and she is sending two wireless genies and installation for free since they have to install a dongle on my dvr and program it...

Works like a champ, but the setup was a 10 step process
HAS to be the newer dvr 3400 or 4400 and the clients have to be within 100' ??? of the dvr to work...
They basically setup their own private wireless video network with the DIRECTV C41W-500 - wireless genie and DIRECTV WVBR0-01 - video bridge
The tech told me the new 4400 dvr was WAY faster and has built in wifi that works - don't accept the older one like mine
