Yep, we have the black cap too, it does get pretty warm up there.

Continental coach

we were at the vineyards over New Years and looked at this coach. This coach was a 47ft. Not a52ft as mentioned above. The quality in this coach is second to none inside and out.

Yes --- The 5er is located at The Vineyards RV Park run by and in the city of Grapevine, Tx, a northern suburb of DFW.

Not sure why it's listed as in Highland Park... but given that they tear down $500,000 homes to build mansions on the lot in Highland Park, it might be owned by someone from there

Went by the vineyards today while waiting on upgrades on our jeep...

Heard it was closed due to holding water in Lake Grapevine, but thought we'd see the lower roads under water and all....

OH MY GOODNESS... The HIGH point of the park, the entrance shack, can't even be seen !!!!

and this is like a 2200 acre lake !!!

Yes, we almost bought a 2015 44' Mobile Suite Houston model, They had seamless roof, Morryde IS with 8 ton triple axles and H rated tires. We decided to keep the 2013 Redwood until it is at least 5 years old.

The only thing I don't like is the no back window, that's why I don't like Diesel Pushers.

Thanks - really, really happy with it... not boasting or proud, just fortunate
(in case you can't tell... )

Not taking it to Florida, had already booked a condo on the gulf side, but will be checking out St rosa for next time !

but did run for a week from dfw to Natchez, MS and it hummed right along... had to backoff many a time it was so effortless - 1300 lbft of torque moves!
