I would think its probably an honest and thorough report, but probably private as well.

I'm happy for the Coopers, but I think there are many people on this forum that have paid big bucks for their Redwood and would be happy to give an honest report of their thoughts on needed changes and quality control. I do hope that a representative does monitor this forum. It seems to provide valuable info concerning our Redwoods.

I think we give Redwood those reports at the annual Rally. I think they are listening.....I hope they are anyway. It certainly is to their advantage to do so. ��

Wasn't Terry given the job of monitoring this site as well as some type of technical advisor for Redwood?? Thought I read that on this forum some time ago. If true, we have heard nothing from him.

Lady E does participate in this and the other owners forum and I would suspect that she does pass on information to Terry.
