I know how it is. Rhonda is thinking short timing our jobs and retiring 6 weeks early. She also texted me a while ago and said she wants to go out -- no more cooking. LOL Why is it taking sooooooo long. This has to be worse than Christmas as a little kid...!!!!

Obviously there is a big delay because our coach left the factory more than two weeks ago we are going crazy waiting and have no idea where it is.[/QUOTE]
Obviously it's a nice trailer and the guy hauling it needed a vacation. Look for a truck in the campgrounds with a hauling logo on the side. He'll be the one camping in your Redwood. I sure hope he's clean

If I may ask, what changes were made in the '15 model? Our '14 had the LED lights, outdoor TV cabinet with indoor "buffet" area, no awning switch in the basement, and a few other changes from the '13 model. I'm just curious... Thanks!

The front of the RV where the generator goes is covered with a Rino liner like stuff, JBL sound bar instead of 5.1 surround sound, brake controller, 2 year bumper to bumper warranty, 12 volt heat pad option, paint standard and dropping 36's from the model lineup. I know I am missing a couple of things.

Brake controller?
The warranty is still the same as always, right? 2+5?
I have a crinkly texture stuff on the front of mine but its painted. Is that different now?

I'm sure I am leaving something off. I know there was more. How much more can they fix or change other than quality control..

The crinkle texture stuff is the Rino type finish. The warranty is 2+5.

They are changing the brake actuator to work better with disc and drums. Trying to solve some of the software issues.

Ah, I think you or somebody mentioned that about the disk actuator getting changed to a different brand (Titan!?? ) The drum brakes don't actually use any kind of actuator, they are just direct electric feed from the Tow vehicle controller.

I think the disc needs something to convert from 12v to hydraulic?

Yes, the disk are electric over hydraulic (ours is a Carlisle actuator from the Redwood factory). The Redwood drum brakes are just electric.

I'm not sure how a 12 v actuator can apply hydraulic to operate disc's.

Brad - it sounds like the initial 2 yr warranty is now bumper to bumper, as I have found a couple of minor items that aren't covered in year 2 of the 2013's.
