Only Redwood in the park

Seems like 98% of the parks we go to we are the only RW.

Before we bought our RW last month we would maybe see only one RW in many RV parks where we stopped and we would always look longingly at it

Redwoods are not as common, but that's largely because of the price, amenities and the camping needs of those consumers. We don't see a lot of RW's either, or for that fact, neither do we see DRV Suites, Landmark's or LUXE's, but all of these 5th's are more expensive and higher end when compared to many of the other 5th's that are out there. In addition, you'll generally need a heavier TV as well to tow these units. We have a permanent lot in a gated resort in FL. It's a classy resort and you'll find more of the DRV suites, Redwoods, etc. there, than along the common and roadway campsites. These 5th wheels provide nicer creature comforts and people often live in them over 5 months of the year or more. I believe RW knows their audience, and this is who they direct their marketing strategies. You won't see as many, but when you see one, you'll look twice.

Last year I finally got my husband to be willing to stay in one place for 5 to 7 days. He likes to move on down the road and see lots of areas. Maybe with the RW he'll be wanting to stay longer. Moving from place to place will be a little more challenging than it was with our 30 ft bumper pull. Though we've had one other 5er and he still liked short stays. Mobile Suites was one of our other top choices before buying our RW. We'd see very few of those too.

We looked and looked and sales person ask us to look at the used RW as it was a repo...just took a second and we knew it was the right one.....best ever....
