Beautiful Combo! Congrats!
That is one thing I for sure have found. These dark full body paint jobs are really pretty but they draw heat like asphalt. In direct sun it for sure takes both to cool them. One thing I've found really helps (learned here) is swaping out the furnance registers for closing furnace registers. Helps keep the cool air in and the hot air out.

Beautiful Rig. We fell in love with the Urban Clay as well in our 38GK.

Thanks Taylor... Maybe you can help .. I was texting and had many conversations with Steve Scialli.. In fact he is the main reason I am in a Redwood today... I lost his cell number , could you PM me with it?? I want to reach out and extend my thanks once again for all his help... I still have no idea how I lost it

That's too bad. I imagine yours would be the newest rig there and probably be the hit of the party.

Ford Truck Guy,

I would advise making sure you meet the 200 mile brake inspection requirement that Redwood is enforcing. You're Dealer will probably laugh, but no one will be laughing if you have a brake problem and the Dealer hears denials from Redwood that it is NOT covered because you don't have a documented inspection.

Hopefully Redwood will wise up, but in the meantime no sense getting stirred in the pot with the rest of the nonsense.

We too are curious..
We will also be taking of on vacation when our RW arrives, no way can we stick around and burn 200 miles. I sent Christian a quick note.
Hope to hear back. Safe travels on your trip, and enjoy your beautiful new home on wheels.

So far.....get denied any repair under warranty for brake failure during the warranty period.

Check this thread - http://www.redwoodowners.com/forums/...html#post50097

Christian and Taylor work for Redwood, along with Jeff and they will respond to some customer service issues when they can. You could IM them.

If these units are shipped across country to their respective dealers, then wouldn't they already have miles on them past the 200 mile break in?? I doubt if they ship these on a flatbed truck.
