We saw this unit at the Hershey Show. Both my wife and I commented immediately upon entering the coach that the island lights were overpowering. IMHO, made the entry look a bit cheesy, but hey, to each his own as they say.

On the other hand, the half bath was the cat's meow. We loved it.

It appears that's just a shelf with no doors above the dishwasher & refrigerator, cutting cost by not adding doors?
Also appears they did away with the desk top & storage, more cost cutting.
Saving money by using no stain on the wood???

There is a BUNCH of hidden storage behind the TV now. They did it first with the GK.

I think I like it. Initially it looks as if I would really warm up to it but until I see up close and personal it would be hard to commit. Thank you for letting us see what is the latest and greatest. Very Nice.......

I will say that I do not like how Redwood pulled the TV forward in the cabinetry. I like how my TV is recessed in and having the "ledge" above my fireplace allows me to put a few decorative pieces I had in the sticks and bricks house. Lastly, I wish Redwood would step up the theater surround and offer a Bose surround sound package. I enjoy my movies and music and would not be against paying for the option - especially when this coach is well past $120,000 MSRP.
Our 2014 has the older surround sound and I think it sounds spectacular, especially for an RV. I would think adding Bose would be a waste of money considering its still in an RV. Of course Audiophile's will argue if there's any merit to the quality of a Bose system anyway but I won't go there.

If it's one thing I would like them to add or change would be the switches for the lights. A dimmer knob would be nice for all of them including the island lights as well. That way you can choose the level of lights yourself. The second thing would be to have a little low lights under the light switches in the bedroom. When getting up early in the morning I'm always rubbing the walls trying to find the switches and when I do I normally blind myself by the bright lights

I understand what you are saying and agree that some folks have no preference on the theater system as it is not important to them. For me, this is my house and I'd at least like the option should I so desire it. I mean what the heck, I ordered the dishwasher for my "RV" why not include a few more luxuries of home.

Doesn't yours have the complete surround sound and not the sound bar? Ours sounds spectacular. I guess my point is I don't think it could sound much better in an RV. It'll rattle the windows when watching Transformers.

I agree with you LWG. I have the same surround sound system you have and I think it sounds pretty good for it being in a 5ver

Have to agree about the sound system in ours. I had Top Gun in ours and cranked up a bit and when the first F14 launched the neighbors ducked .....

Seriously, I'm really happy with it. One thing tho - the guys on the line have no idea how to set up the speakers. Take the time to read the manual and then go into the menu and check all the speaker setups. I had 2 speakers that were in the wrong output channels. Only took a few minutes to fix, just slide the DVD out and swap leads.

Good advice, I hadn't thought about this. Now I have a project for this weekend!

I just installed the LED island lights
16 ft strip from campers world
They cost 100.00 and wired them in to the island
They also come with a remote control

The dimmer was a good idea. I saw the factory set-up at the Hershey Show and it was far too bright for our tastes.
