Second switch

We have two switches between the stove top and the wall to the fridge. One switch turns on the lights over the stove top the other appears to do nothing. We have an induction cook top and residential fridge. Does anyone have any idea what the second switch might be? thanks Ian

The second switch on our unit turns the lights in the end wood panels of the the stove/refrigerator slider. You might not see these on a bright sunny day. Try turning it on at night.

Mine has a short somewhere. It was shorting at the switch on the refrigerator , now I think it is on the other side of the refrigerator.
It blows the fuse immediately. I am not sure how to get into the bulkhead.
