Sprayed On Roof

We delivered our coach to the RVRoof.com installation facility for a sprayed on lifetime guarantee roof today. Was given a tour, explanation of what was going to be done, the process and a sample of the roofing material. Including the paint work, our roof will be completed by Friday and the cost is approximately $6900. They are also replacing a ceiling fan/vent in the kitchen which is a cost above that price. Virtually no maintenance. They advised to wash the roof with a "gentle pressure washer" water only and that should take care of it. Will post pictures and more data after Friday.

Interesting concept. Any idea how much weight that material adds to your Redwood?

Do not know about extra weight. We had 8K axels installed with our MorRyde system and we normally do not carry more than 10 gallons of water. I will have coach re-weighed and post the results.

Didn't Buddy Wallace just have this done?

He stated the added weight and it was not as much as I thought it would be...

We picked up our Redwood last Monday. They did an outstanding job. Fixed everything that was not right with the roof, including installing a baffle in the AC unit that was left out during production. Matched the 3 colors and, even with the extra work that we authorized, the cost came in less than anticipated. We have not used the coach since we picked it up and it is in storage. This week I will go and take some pictures of the finished work and try to post them here.

Thanks Vaughan! We were on our annual month-long trip in our truck camper and rarely had internet access. We are back now... I am trying to get all "caught up" on the forum! I missed it terribly!! ~Theresa

All I posted some pictures on the album portion of this forum, I have 18 pictures but only posted 3 here. If you want to see all of the pictures send an email to coljdm60@gmail.com and I will gladly email them to you. I would have posted more but only figured out how to post 3. We are really pleased with the work and the looks of the new roof
