I need to travel to central WV this weekend and I've been attempting to contact the business where I'll be going, with no luck. Since yesterday I've made repeated calls. I finally called the operator to learn if there were phone issues on the other end and she told me that many counties in WV are under a state of emergency because of severe flooding. Four deaths already.

I had no idea.
