We'll my employees don't like the "Beast". Our company's snow policy is...." If Dave can't make it to work due to the weather....everybody gets the day off with pay". I live about 25 miles from the office and I've never given a snow day with pay.

They can however choose not to come in due to safety reasons without being worried about loosing their jobs.

That's funny....I never ever miss a day so if I started now with what I drive I would be laughed at and teased....the worse thing about driving this is I lost my up front parking spot

That is what those two front hooks are for as well as a logging chain

Super duties also have what Ford calls a `blocker beam' behind the front bumper to prevent truck from riding up on small cars. Getting around should not be a problem.:-)

Believe me that has been tempting sometimes. Especially when I see prime parking spot ruined by the way somebody parks and straddles the line.
