I just purchased my RW from Windish. I am interested in your experience with Windish. I too live in Colorado Springs.

I ordered from Windish in June and took delivery in August. Everything went just "ok." They need to work on the delivery process. I was new to ultra large 5th wheels and could have used a little more help and time with delivery. I drove off with a lot of questions rushed through and some I didn't get to ask.
My rig has been great. Almost no problems. I have made alterations to cabinet shelving, extra latches on cabinet doors, turned the small entry coat closet into a liquor cabinet, reinforced the sliding closet doors in the bedroom

I don't know how this got sent. I wasn't finished editing and it was sent before I was finished. LOL. They should have spent more time making sure the set up for pulling was correct and more time with the Level system and hooking up and unhooking. We took a drivers class 2 weeks later and got a handle on the process. Everything turned out just fine. We have not dented or broke anything!!!!!

At least I am happy to hear that your RW has only had minimal problems. My pre-inspection is next Tuesday. Although I am not new to RVing, I am, like you, new to 5th wheels. I will post a comment after my pre-inspection to let you know how they treated me.
Like I did with my class A's, I will find a large safe parking lot and practice, practice, and then practice a little more.

Windish did a very good job of prepping the RV. The few minor things I found were taken care of. I think all I found was some of the blinds needed to be centered, 1 pantry drawer came off the hinge (not clipped in) and cargo strut not screwed in.
After I received my 5er; I have had very few issues. I have had a broke closet latch, pinched wire on awning motor (blowing fuse and shorting out) loose wire on Level up system and light on same awning with short not working. I have not fixed awning light yet. NO MAJOR SYSTEM PROBLEM.
