I have a short bed Mega Cab Dodge(see sig) and an Anderson. I have the aluminum block mounted on the Trailair so the pin is in front of the ball when hooked up. Puts the pin over the axle and the goose neck ball in the bed, no offset.

I can jack knife our RW with no worries of hitting. With the front cap cut backs of the new fifth wheels, a slider hitch should not be needed.
