Make sure Crossroads Customer Service as well as your dealer are aware of the issue NOW, have Cust Svc put a note in the service record of your coach [reference the VIN #], if the issue is noted before the warranty expires then there should be no issue with Redwood owning up to the repair costs.

My controller will give me a wrong position on the jacks every once in a while. So far I've just been getting by ignoring it and operating as I normally would. It figures things out next button I hit. My fingers are crossed.

We just went through this same issue and found that our batteries were really low. Once we replaced the batteries all functions came back and the display showed power up. We purchased new batteries because we were not in a location to verify our old batteries so we are not suggesting that you need new batteries, just ours were not fully charged.

It's only week #2 in our 2014 RL and it's been expensive! Our leveling jacks didn't work our first week and we couldn't get the RV repaired because our new Pro hitch broke and had to be replaced, so we decided to get repairs done at our next destination. Hubby called a mobile repair guy so he wouldn't have try to tow the coach ....the cost was $420. OUCH !!! He said the problem was an 0 ring that was probably crimped during construction in the factory. Suppose this wasn't under warranty? If it was, it probably is too late to do anything about it now.

If Redwood wouldn't do anything you can always try Lippert

jacks still not right
it's been some time since I posted here. just to update: we had numerous problems with the RW and FINALLY got almost everything resolved. We were able to take it to a dealer in CT (20 minutes from home instead of 6 hrs to the dealer!). Crossroads/Redwood approved. We were able to get the televisions working properly (so many splitters put in the dealer couldn't believe!!) and recalibrated the jacks....but there is still a problem. Hubby has given up with the jacks. They are still a lot easier than cranking up by hand (or using a drill to raise/lower them) New locks (upgraded - others worked part of the time) and a few other issues. We paid the dealer but Crossroads did reimburse us for the full amount. A lot of calls made during this time but overall Crossroads did take care of us quite satisfactorily. It took over 2 years but we are happy with what was fixed. Would not use the dealer we bought from at Hershey's RV show 3 years ago but are very happy with the RW!!

Sorry to hear that you have had so many issues but glad to hear that Redwood/Crossroads has responded satisfactorily. Save and happy travels.

That's my neck of the woods... Mind sharing with me the name so I make sure to stay clear... Unless it the folks in West Chester , then I already know to stay away from those folks...( that's putting it nicely )
