Looks like they DO NOT weight them with wate like we were told. My 2014 36FL sticker is 13,258

This is the strange part and either RW tag was wrong or Smart Weight is wrong?? You call it.
RW tag on my screen door says 13058. The water tank was 3/4 full when we got it so I have no idea if it was weighed with or without.
We did remove some misc stuff but not more then 50lbs. We added quite a bit also including WD and DW so I just am not sure. I'll grab my weigh results again to see if I made an error.

Just found my error above. I forgot to add the pin weight to the total. I will correct.

Well.It appears that I can not edit my previous post with weights. Sorry for the confusion on my RW weight but it should read the TOTAL WEIGHT OF RW is 15,500. I forgot to add the pin weight back in.

Now if they would just add 10-15 pounds to the suspension mounts. That's total for all.

Yep, makes you wonder, as the dry weights have continued to go up over the years, has the frame / suspension kept up ???

Anybody get a chance to meet C. Fox at the Rally? My wife and I have a running joke about it because every single unit we looked at was signed by C. Fox so we always confer with them in private when we hit the CAT scales. I imagine C. Fox to be a hot babe, but my wife thinks different.

Anyway, our 36RL is a runt these days, everything in the Redwood line is over 40' so I imagine they are a bit heavier! I'm wondering if that isn't what is causing some of the bolt failures in the schackles, we never had that before the long ones came out.

On our RL it is inside the cabinet door where the slide controls and switches are. Empty weight on mine is 14138 lbs. from the factory, no gen or W/D but do have Quartz counters.

X2 that's where C. Fox likes to put it

Wow - that's what I wondered on the quartz - almost 800 lbs more than mine. Do you have the slide in a slide Vaughan? We were even offered the quartz as a free upgrade by the Dealer when we couldn't come to terms on price, but we were petrified of overloading our SRW F350. In retrospect, we did anyway

Nope ~ don't have slide in slide, wish we did. I was in a 38RL at the Rally and the difference is almost enough to make me consider trading.

But then I come back to the fact that mine is fully sorted out, has tons of upgrades and doesn't need a thing .. Plus it tows great and doesn't even show much tire wear for having spent more than 17k behind Denny the Dually .

We have added Washer and Dryer in a custom mount to raise the dryer, and I also carry a 3k Generator (have used it once)

Same here - the 38RL with the king slide in slide is appealing as we really wanted the slide in a slide on ours, but no king at the time. However I don't want to give up the other things I love on mine, like the wood interior walls around the bathroom and the paint scheme and the large back window, and ...... Not to mention all the work I've finished on it.
