C. Fox weighed our 2012 36RL (built in August 2011). Label is on the inside of the left door of the cabinet where the slide out controls are located just to the right inside of the entry door. Dry weight was 13,416 lbs out the factory door. No gen, no Washer/Dryer, no dish washer.

Nobody seems to know. Just looked at ours today, our 2013 36RL was certified by Cherrie Fox at 13570 lbs. We have the granite counters, no w/d, no generator, 7 k axles, G614 tires, trail-air air pin box.

To be honest, that was one of things that instilled confidence in us with the Redwoods on the lots- I was impressed they provided an actual hand written out the door weight, as we didn't see that on other units.

Ours is by C. Fox @ 13850 with granite & every option but slide in a slide & generator. I've had it weighed twice at Cat scales & once individual axles & each time the trailer is 16525+/- 30lbs.

Ya mine is now 17,220 lbs, but we did Cat scale it on the way home from the Texas Dealer and it was very close to C. Fox. All the Dealer added for us was....nothing I guess, the battery I did.

No sticker in our 31SL but the dealer gave me a Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle by Crossroads RV stating the shipping weight was 12190 lbs.

2012 was the first RW correct?? So what was the earliest production date in 2011?

I believe the first model year was 2011 and the company was started in 2010. I do not think they made a large number of units to start off with. I actually think they took their time building these early units. Probably had a lot of start up problems. A Dealer once told me to avoid buying the first 200 units off the line. Some of the old timers may have more knowledge. Mine was made in September of 2011 and was unit #321.

But if we're speculating...my vote is Charles Fox. About 6'2, blue eyes and dark hair. Probably drives a motorcycle.

Well....my speculation was very short lived...
C.Fox is Cherrie Fox in our PDI depeartment, and she is responsible for signing off on the weights. I've never met her, but that's the "word on the street"
