Dry weights that show up in those sales brochures is usually the weight of the unit before adding any options. So if you order2nd AC, washer/dryer, on-board gen, extra battery, king bed, bigger propane tanks, etc., etc. that will all add to the listed dry weight. Then add on top of that all your stuff, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, Food, clothes, cleaning supplies, lawn chairs, grill, you name it, more weight. So it's very easy to increased the pin weight by 500 to 1000 Lbs over the published spec. And all the Redwoods are fairly nose heavy to begin with making them very easy to exceed the Load Cap (not towing cap) of most 3/4 tons and many 1 ton SWR TVs.
