2012 36RL - $50,000obo - Great Condition! Under Ext. Warranty!!

Looking to sell our 2012 36RL 5th Wheel. We have had this camper since September 2013. My wife and I work in the oil and gas industry. We're currently stationed in Pennsylvania. We bought this camper so that we could be mobile and move where the work is. We have since been able to obtain more stable jobs and have moved into a rent house, therefore are no longer in need of this great camper.

***Comes with transferable extended warranty FREE. Warranty has approx 1 and a half years left***

I will attach pictures below. This camper is in great condition and comes with plenty of extras, especially for winter living. I have a full winter skirt, heat lamps on timers, heated water hose, plenty of heat tape, 100lb propane tank, two 30lb propane tanks. Has extra air conditioner for a total of 3 A/C units. Inside is very clean. Some minor blemishes on outside, but nothing major at all. Have plenty of pictures upon request.

Do you have an ad not on the forum? I would like to show it to someone that is not a member.

I don't at the moment, but I could put one up on Craigslist real quick if that would help. I had an ad with RV Trader up until a few weeks ago, but it's expired since.

The 3rd air conditioner has a plug that comes out where the water hookup is. I just take a small extension cord and plug it into the factory female 110 plug there above the water connections. You can actually plug it straight into a regular 110 plug and have AC while on the road if you stop to sleep somewhere that doesn't have 30 or 50 amp plugs. I haven't used it a ton, but it's pretty handy to have while traveling in those hot summer months.

Question on that 3rd AC. Was there a skylight in the front bedroom where you installed it? My GK does not have a skylight in the bedroom. I desperately need that 3rd AC. I think of all the things I am most angry about it is that. I questioned them when I bought it. They assured me that the 2 were more than sufficient. That is a joke in the south during the summer. These RW are not insulated well enough and the airflow problems make to where these 2 just simply will not cut it.

Mstan, the camper actually had the 3rd AC unit in it whenever I bought it. I bought it from a buddy that had the dealer install the unit when he bought it. I don't believe it had a sunroof in it prior to having the 3rd AC installed, but I could be wrong. The unit was purchased from Explore USA in Mesquite, TX and they're the ones who installed the extra AC unit. I wouldn't think that installing a 3rd AC unit would be very difficult, just make sure it's sealed up good so water doesn't get in. I would think that most reputable service centers/dealers could install that.

Spindrift, thanks!

The vent makes it easier to install an AC, but not a requirement. You can still install an AC over the bedroom.

So your Dealer told you a fib!
