We’ve recently purchased a house and no longer have a need for such a large RV. This RV features a unique floorplan which includes a Bonus Room on the back 4’ of the coach, this particular RV has the office option. This room is completely separate from the living space and includes power, lighting, heating/cooling vents and lots of cabinet space including built in filing cabinet. There is both an exterior door to this space as well as an interior door. Is an excellent office space or hobby area!

Overall this is an excellent RV which includes all the amenities of a house including Dishwasher, Combo Washer/Dryer (added), Reverse Osmosis Full Coach Water System (added).

In addition to the above I have installed 300 Watts of Solar along with a 30A Charge Controller and (2) 6V Lifeline AGM Batteries. There’s room for 2 additional solar panels on the roof with ease, possibly more. Interior wood is Blonde Cherry which would be confused with Cherry if you didn’t see them side by side. This RV has tons of storage. Overall length is about 42’ with the extended Trail Air hitch. It tows like a dream and rides very well, items rarely moved inside during towing even on the roughest roads. Goodyear G Rated Tires including the spare.

All the bugs are worked out and maintenance is up to date. Unit was built in July 2014.

Bump, lowering price to $63,000. It's currently located in Mesa, AZ but am planning on picking it up in about a month to bring back to western Colorado. Or (possibly) deliver to a new home if anyone is interested! [emoji6]

I really would like to sell this soon unfortunately it's too big for weekend camping for the spots we want to go in Western CO.
