So my beautiful wife had a discussion last evening and she asked that we get moving on the next chapter. So she asked that we change the price on CL and RVTrader as well. We are hoping that someone will see what a fantastic deal this is before the Memorial Day weekend. She is probably right... again.
So My apologies as i wanted to give this offer to a great Forum member or friend first but I Need to get moving on things so down the price goes everywhere.
Lesson and advice: If you are buying a new high end unit like a Redwood (or anything with wheels really) make sure you are going to keep it more than a year! I know, I knew and and now I am reminded.  Man this first year depreciation hurts badly  .

Ya we just sold ours and the truck. Truck actually came out better than the Redwood, which I thought would go the other way. I guess my truck was low mileage. When I think of what MSRP was on the Redwood, what I actually paid, and what I actually got for it, I need to find more constructive way to throw away my money  Isn't this fun!
I will say Redwood hasn't done us any favors with it's reputation. I was a little surprised how much folks knew about the continuous management changes and hard time getting warranty.

No no, we haven't even started actually. We decided to go for a motorhome. We are still vacationers, but I need to get all this stuff figured out before I retire

Well there is a lot. Of convienuence with a motor home..... But. A lot of systems
I love the Tuscany 44MT. Great layout. Tows 1 million lbs ��
But I'm guessing you'll go to a Tiffin where you can get your warranty claims fixed. Lol
Sorry Thor but if you stop playing games and QC'd your products vs slamming them out the door your sales would be up and there would be a way better proffit margin for everyone that dealt with THOR. With 1/5th the headaches and finger pointing.

We were looking used so Warranty was almost a no never mind (kind of a relief really). The chassis are typically warranted for 5/100K miles. Tiffen was gorgeous coach and we had a few on our short list, but we decided on a Winnebago. Right floorplan at the right price in the right place.

Here you go. It sleeps 2 on the sleeper sofa and 2 in the master bedroom. Or I guess more depending on your lifestyle...

Facebook has a page just for Redwood problems. Pretty ugly. We have been considering a new 3401RL but after all the negative feedback I think I am going to move on. What is your take on the company and their rigs?

I have had my Redwood going on 2 years and still very happy with not only the decision to buy, but the direction the company looks to be going...
MOST issues are the same as other manufacturers, and could be handled better by some of the dealers...
