2015 Redwood 39MB UPDATED PRICE

2015 Redwood 39MB
Was $69,900. Now $63,000 to members and friends of the Forum only. See my last post in this thread

Picture shows when set-up on an annual site in a very small RV park in Southern coastal NC. It has since been moved back to the house. It is now stored hooked-up and heat/ac on. I have SOLD the 2013 F350 DRW Lariat that I pulled her with.

If you're looking, you have done the research and know what these units include and how they are priced. We used this unit for 6 months and our life plan has now changed so we need to sell. You will save thousands over buying new and get free modifications and upgrades. Below is what is standard. Let's start with what is different and what are problems. We are no kids and no smoking. We did have a cat but he died about one month into our new life. . . I'll be happy to answer any other questions or send other pictures.

What We Modified
Converted the pull out cutting board and waste basket to a drawer and pull out shelf.
Converted Dad's Tool Box into an exterior cleanable litterbox room with access for the cat from the powder room.
Installed the separate Ariston washer and vented dryer.
Upgraded to (2) 40b propane tanks.
Upgraded to MorRyde Rubber Pin Box
Upgraded to sound bar to a Vizio 5.1 surround sound. Sounds awesome.
Changed the king bed to a queen bed (see problems below)
Converted the two drawers under the bed to lift up full storage.
Added day/night shades to master bedroom.
Changed powder room faucet to high rise so coffee maker fit under it.
Changed dining and island lights to new 2016 style.
We pulled out the bedroom TV and the outside TV. They were sold and are not include.
The wall pictures you see in the photos are not included.

Problems (pictures attached)
When I pulled the headboard a piece of wall covering came off. I had planned to do a new headboard that would cover it. I still have the old headboard that can be reinstalled.
During a warranty stop at Crossroads they dented the microwave slightly.
We dented the freezer door slightly.
Slide rubbed a mark on the couch.

Standards Other Than Normal Stuff
Powder Room
Maxx Fan Bathroom and Kitchen
Dual Pane Windows
Heat Pump On Main A/C
Battery Disconnect Switch (reworked by the factory)
2nd A/C (Total 30K BTU)
Redwood Parks Package
Redwood Residential Appliance Package
(2) 12V Battery
60" x 80" Queen Mattress
Generator Prep
Hide-A-Bed Sofa

Since posting this I've done some more research and realized I was slightly overpriced for a used unit. Fair but overpriced. I've reduced the price above to what I would pay for the unit used if I were looking again. At this price it is a very good deal. Thank you all.

So... it won't let me edit it. Sorry.

New price is $69,900.

You must be talking oil and gas, because the economy in Denver overall is busting at the seams.

Now I hope I'm not sorry for asking this, but what is the mileage on the truck?

Forgive me if it is in the Title of the thread and I missed it or is obvious because you said 2013 and I just couldn't figure it out, and sorry if it offends some Texans that it seems I'm showing favoritism to Fords, but I really do want to pass the information to a colleague in Boston

They are both good looking rigs.

Thanks Atom. The truck has almost 46,000 on it. It is tight and quiet. I really hate to part with her but I just can't justify driving a DRW everyday for work.

I love those tires. It made it look so much better. I run them at 80 PSI. If I was going to keep her I would probably put a small spacer in and drop the pressure when not towing.

Thanks - that's not bad mileage. I hear ya on not driving a DRW every day - mine sits in the garage like a plow horse, comes out for one reason only. I just turned 11,000 miles.

I will forward the information by my buddy - he has always liked the Redwood and he is a ford guy. Hopefully a connect/sale!

NEW Price On This Forum!

So, we've had two potential buyers very close to closing a deal but personal reasons/life stopped them. At $69,900 it's a solid deal. But I'd really like to move on with the next phase of my life so we are reducing the price right now ONLY ON THIS FORUM to $63,000. This is a screaming fantastic deal for someone on a like new 2015 39MB. I may eventually reduce the price on RV Trader and CL but right now this is only for Forum Members or their referrals. Make sure they mention the Redwood Owners Forum or it's still $69,900.

Thank you all very much.

Dang. That's a great deal with the washer and dryer combo.
Too bad your on the east coast.
They are asking $150k to $160k for the '17s I cannot figure our what's so different from the 2016 to make the price that high???

I'd love a dually too but its just not practical where i live.
Lot's of very narrow streets and not a lot of places to park in downtown for happy hour lol
Good luck!
