2017 Redwood Sequoia 38MBS for sale. $54,900 (negotiable)

We have purchased a Newmar Class A, and will sell our Redwood Sequoia and 2018 RAM 3500 Laramie DRW (41k miles). Both of these are in great condition! Due to wife's medical condition, we have decided to make our travels and extended stays in a motor home. We will miss this rig!
The 38MBS has the front Master bedroom suite with full bath. The 1/2 bath is close to the entry door. This model is very well equipped from the factory. I am happy to answer any questions about the factory provided features. We are the original owners. This RV does not have full body paint.
Thanks to all the comments we have read on this forum over the last 5 years, we have made several upgrades:
17.5" wheels and Sailun H rated tires (installed in 2017)
MorRyde 8k IS with disc brakes and timken bearings (inspected and serviced in October, 2020)
Progressive monitoring and surge protection, hard wired internal
MorRyde entry steps and tool box
SteadyFast stabilizers
Internal valances removed and curtains installed (I have the valances)
Removed carpet in bedroom and installed matching tile

I only got $36,000 for ours. Full paint, front bedroom rear living room. Bought a new 2020 Grand Design Solitude RK390 45 foot instead.

I know the people that you bought your Newmar from. That is a great motor home. He had said that he might buy a fifth wheel and I told him he should work out some kind of trade with you. He won’t find anything like yours for that kind of money.
