Our unit is in excellent condition, with little use. It has been stored indoors and we are looking at purchasing a motor home.

Boy, that was a close one.
I had three class A gassers, and always thought I wanted to move up to a diesel pusher, but just couldn't find one that we liked. Then I decided to look at 5th wheels, and I'm glad we did. When we saw our present Redwood 38GK, we knew it was the one. Then added our chevy diesel dually. What a great match. I found driving very easy and comfortable.
I also considered cost of ownership between a 5th wheel and DP, and believed it would be more cost effective to own the 5th wheel.

Bill Henry there are actually quite a few available if you are willing to travel. I have spent the last 3-4 months looking for a used Redwood. Finally found the right one and came to an agreement in early January.

Most get listed on RV Trader and RVT. There are also a number recently listed in the Classified on this site. The prices are pretty good right now on them, assuming someone has a realistic asking price. I would be happy to share what I have learned on prices if you want to contact me privately.
