Looking to buy two original issue chairs for our 2011 36rl. It has the coral decor trim. Dealers or Redwood. Don't seem to be interested in helping. Can't even get them to cost it. Any available?

Just spoke to some of the guys here at Redwood, and they say that the best thing for you to do would be to contact customer service directly and see if they have any of the chairs in stock OR if they could order them for you.

Since we no longer carry that color decor, it may have been difficult for your dealer to track down the chairs....but customer service should be able to determine whether they are available for purchase anywhere.

I had a problem with one of my dining room chairs last year and after complaining to my dealer and getting no where I simply turned the chair over and realized all the information including manufacturer were right there. After one phone call and a email with a picture they simply sent me a new one.

Thanks for the info and help. We decided to buy after market chairs and found covering in a fabric store that was really close. Will have them covered and hopefully under the table as we head from Nashville to LaFera t
TX in 3 weeks.
