Hydraulics in this cold weather

Hi folks,
We are scheduled to leave on Tuesday when the daytime temperatures will be 9 degrees, and the low temperature will be 8 degrees. We of course take the necessary precautions when traveling in winter weather, but we've never driven our RV in such conditions. Will the hydraulics for the jacks and slides work okay in that kind of cold weather? Fortunately, the wind is supposed to die down in our part of the country. We live in Indiana and will be driving to Nashville, TN. I might add that we have a Redwood 38GK fifth wheel which is supposed to be 4-season.

Make sure your batteries are fully charged. Do you know if the undersized autoreset breaker for the hydraulic pump has been upgraded to the 80 amp. If not your slides will start and stop numberous times in that cold as the hydraulic fluid will be pretty thick putting an extra load on the pump. Other than that they should work provided there isn't ice on top of the slides, but will be slooooow.

Thanks! Batteries are fully charged. My husband doesn't know if the autorreset breaker has been upgraded to 80 amp. Probably not because we have original equipment. Hopefully we can get them out okay. The worst would be if they don't come back in!! Fingers crossed! Thanks so much!
