Sounds lovely. Did you have pets in it? How often did you use it? What have you had problems with? All RVs have some initial problems, ours included. Would you be willing to deal if a buyer didn't need the hitch? Just asking. Thanks in advance for the info. Your ad was well done.

I think you're in a great location (Florida) and the right time of the year (winter) to sell your RW. The 36RL has a great floor plan for someone needing extra interior storage. Recently, friends of ours located on the gulf coast of FL, sold theirs, albeit a different floor plan than the 36RL, after briefly listing it on Craigslist. They were using NADA's higher end retail pricing. They're very personable and clean people, (which helps), yet the sale resulted in their full asking price. They also advertised on RV Trader and got some bites there too. Obviously, location and price matter, but the RW, in most corners, is a classy looking unit with great curb appeal.

You also need at least 20-25 pics that are bright, uncluttered and good quality. Today, quality pictures will develop more interest and they also help potential buyers determine if you have integrity, i.e., what are you not showing?
