Looking for REDWOOD 31SL, 2014 - 2015 or early 2016

-One Owner - Non smoker - Excellent Condition
-RV gas/elec. 4 door refrigerator with paneled doors
-Queen bed
-Built in TV with cabinets in rear
-Rustic cherry w/coastal trail decor (may consider rustic cherry w/Godiva)
-Full body paint
-Not opposed to additional options

We currently own a 37' Cedar Creek (Hathaway 34RE) and want to downsize to shorter length. Unit has always been stored inside and is in excellent condition. Non smokers, one owner. Trade would be ideal, however, NOT a deal breaker if you have what we are looking for. Pictures upon request are available. We reside in Oregon and are willing to travel any distance if you have unit we are interested in.

You do realize that a 31SL is still approx 36', so not really much of a down size. Don't be mislead by that 31SL model number. We have a 39MB that is actually 43'
