Our Redwood that is for sale is a 36RL with full maroon body paint. We live in the Phoenix area.

FYI, you do realize that the mfg warranty isonly to the original purchaser, so suggest an extended warranty to protect your future...

Beg to differ, warranty is transferable but needs to be done through Redwood. At least that's what the papers I have with my 2013 say .........I would still do an extended warranty though.

I may have misinterpreted the downloaded manual then -- it was late

"Yearly inspections are required to qualify for the five year structural warranty and it is the owner’s responsibility to submit the proper documentation to Redwood RV. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the five year structural warranty."

"Limited Two Year Warranty Except as specifically excluded below, Redwood RV (hereinafter“Redwood”) warrants for a period of two (2) years from the date purchase that the recreational vehicle manufactured and assembled by Redwood shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship supplied and attributable to Redwood. This Limited Warranty extends to the first retail purchaser, is non transferable, and applies only to units sold in the United States and Canada by authorized Redwood dealers. "

We looked at a used 2012 before we ordered a new 2013 and were close to buying the used unit. But a large part of what made us choose new over used is that factory sales rep Andy Wesdorp told me that the warranty cannot be transferred to a second owner -- it is limited to the initial retail owner.

My apologies, I really thought it was transferable for a fee through Redwood. Will have to re-read my manual (it's in the coach, not here at house).

I have a 2012 36RL with approx 3000 miles on it for sale if anyone is interisted. Extended warranty with Good Sam until 2015 comes with it as well as new Splendide vented washer/dryer and numerous extras. Better than new....everything is in perfect repair and working order. Need to sell due to purchase of house. No more full time after 17 years

So many 36's, I wish we had the 1 ton to tow them with. We are looking at the 31SL's and I would love to find a used one at a great deal.

We are prepared to order a 31SL to I can get options like disc brakes, load range G tires, dual A/C, etc. However, if the price is right, I don't mind used. I can add those items later.

I will get you his number. I was referring to my 31sl but I have only had it 6 days and its been total disaster, I couldn't sell to anyone right now with a clear conscience
