Want to buy a 2013 / 2014 36 FL

We are still wannabes because right now we are remodeling our kitchen so we can get the house ready for sale in about 2 years so we can go full time. We are looking at new and used with a queen bed and the black and tan or the silver paint scheme. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are going to miss the rally this year and go to Hershey in Sept. to see what we can do there. Wish I could be on the forum more often, however life gets in the way.
Thanks.

Odie8415,

You'll have to be more specific, what would you like to know?

There are many on here with the FL floor plan who can answer FL specific questions, most all of of will be glad to help with more generic questions about the Redwoods.

We have a 2013 36 FL and if you are looking for any specifics I am more than happy to try and answer any questions you may have.

I think the gist of his post is that he wants to buy one -
and asking if we know any for sale maybe ?!?

(at least that's MY interpretation of his thread title )

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, we are looking to buy one either new or used and, after talking to the better half, a 38fl would work as well. We would like a queen bed if nothing else. Hopefully that makes things as clear as mud. We now have the truck and want the trailer behind it. I almost made a deal last December, however the kitchen remodel is important, however we are starting our search in earnest now.

I have our 2012 36 FL for sale.
It's the black, gold and maroon FBP though.

However it does come with stacked washer/dryer, automatic Dish satellite, G614 RST Tires and a 5.5k generator.

If you're interested let me know.

If you want the truck I use to tow it I'm selling that too.. we're down sizing.

Does your 2012 have the windows in the slide out in the living room? We saw that option and loved it. Also, what would you need for the trailer.

The windows in the LR slide is an excellent option. It is great sitting in the slide and watching the scenery

Mesg. How did you arrive at a selling price.
I've checked NADA and other such resources and get varying prices.

Sorry to hear that! My wife will always be doing something when we retire because she enjoys business. I'm happy with walks in the woods

Good luck trying to convince her regarding the good life. Finally convinced the boss to pull the plug on working about 1 year after me, and she is almost 4 yrs older. She now realises it is the best job she ever had.

Thank you all for the information and offers, however we're going to have to wait a little longer now. The contractor found an issue that will cost more than anticipated and we won't have the ability to do anything this year. We want one so bad we can taste it, yet with the new expense, there goes the savings we had to buy the trailer. I will repost when the dust settles and we see where we are at that time.

I had the windows installed on both sides of the chair slide and am glad I did not only for the view but the cross breeze we get. Good luck on your quest for the FL

Odie8415, Hope it all works out for you. If you have to wait and can afford new, you may get a better unit next year. Sounds like Redwood is committed to improving Quality Control. Good Luck.
