Thanks for the interest in our Redwood, sadly, it is not for sale. We are full timers in the 36FB and absolutely love this floorplan, it works out very well for us...are you looking at this model to purchase?
We too have been fulltime in our FB & very much like this floor plan. Sadly they have dicontinued this plan. We recently went to a small rv show in Mesa & noticed that none of the larger 5ers had the center stairs in them, all went to one side or the other, I guess this floor plan is too outdated.

Guess I'm 😕 confused! Sorry to bother you, but thanks for your response. Yes, we are looking for this floor plan 2013 or 2014. It looks very comfortable for full timing. We'll be ready to go this fall. So excited to see our beautiful nation! We have always enjoyed camping in our Lance, mostly with horses, in California and western states, any and all tips on full timing are appreciated.
Is there another place other than rv trader should be watching?

Just be very patient. The redwoods of the right floor plan are worth the wait. My wife and I knew the year and model and what options we wanted. Some things can be added later but things like paint color interior color dual pane glass can't be added later. We wanted the 2013 36RL we just waited and hunted for the right one. It was so worth the wait.

So nice of you to check rv trader for me. That it's a nice deal. We'll watch that ad for a while. What do you know about making purchases from that site? Pros/cons?
RV Trader is probably the biggest site. Gotta tell you ~ after looking at the ad, I think it's Chuck and Ruth Treadway's rig (Chuck is president of the Redwood Owners Association). If so, it's a VERY well maintained and optioned truck and trailer and worth every penny of the asking. I can only presume something must have come up that is forcing them to change plans if it is in fact theirs.
Wouldn't hesitate to buy their rig.
