We traded our 2014 Crusader for a very nice 2012 36RL, went down to Elkhart IN. Monday to do the walkthrough and paperwork. Everything went well except one of the a.c. units had a bad grumble. Spent the night at the dealership and tried everything in the coach we could. Tuesday A.M. they replaced the motor in the a.c. unit. All is well, hooked up and headed out the drive then found the brakes didn't work. Long story short one caliper was hanging on the axle, the mount was tore completely off. A trip across the road to get it repaired, they could only cap the line and get the other three brakes working, then down to MORryde. We arrived there mid-afternoon Wednesday. They looked at it and said they could fix it tomorrow A.M. Thursday 1 P.M. on the road heading home with a new caliper, new axle and alignment.
The only thing we had to buy was a new brake controller.
I was really impressed with Tiara RV for making sure things were right and with the service department at MORryde.
Cant wait to get it loaded and on the road.

Rod W9, congratulations on your new to you RW. Glad Tiara took care of you and you were able to get on down the road. May you enjoy yours as much as we enjoy ours.
Chris.

Glad to hear that Tiara RV gave you good service on your new (used) 36RL. Your 36RL looks just like ours. That is where we purchased our 36RL 4 years ago.

Is the Tiara service manager Scott still there?

RodW9, found it interesting about your caliper issue. I found the same thing on our GK 10 days ago during our PDI. Also the hydraulic line was hanging loose, which was what I actually noticed first. I had the dealer pull all 4 wheels and check the other calipers and bearings, bleed the lines etc. as the one loose one really made me nervous.

Ken, Ours had the flange (that was welded on the spindle) tore loose. We have the MORryde I.S. suspension. The MORryde service center replaced the axle and brake assembly. Looked like maybe they hit something, but speculating on this.
Sure impressed with the suspension and brakes. Kind of like going from SRW to DRW there is a huge difference.
